Cancellation and Refunds

In effect from —

Short version: cancel whenever you like from inside the app, keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for, and tell us within 14 days of a first subscription if it was not what you expected.

1. Cancelling

Open Billing in WorkPilot and cancel there. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the service keeps working until then. You do not need to ask us, and there is nothing to negotiate.

2. The first 14 days

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, write to billing@wrkpilot.com and we will refund it in full. This is a promise we choose to make, not one the law requires of a sale between businesses — there is no statutory cooling-off period on a B2B contract.

It applies once, to a company's first paid subscription. It does not apply to a renewal.

3. After that

4. The free trial

Thirty days, no card, nothing charged. If you do not choose a plan the trial simply ends — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

5. Getting a refund

Write to billing@wrkpilot.com from the email address on the account and say which subscription it is about. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within five to ten working days once we have issued them.

6. VAT

A refund includes any VAT charged on the original payment, and we issue a credit note for it.
